Microsoft Business Central Support Analyst

Engagement Type: Support.

Description: Contracting for a Microsoft Gold Partner, you will be providing Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central application support to their customers both for existing and new implementations. You will need to have some existing experience in Business Central, and likely have come through ranks of NAV / Navision.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 4 Years.

Key Skills Required:

  • 2+ years Dynamics NAV support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience of working in a helpdesk environment.
  • D365 BC experience.
  • SQL Server experience.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage the Dynamics NAV system
  • Provide the company with essential reporting and data analysis
  • Develop solutions that improve the efficiency and capability of ERP system users
  • Perform financial analyses and implement actions to improve profitability
  • Liaising with the development and functional teams.
