Description: We are working with well-known end user client, based in London, who is at the beginning of a Dynamics CRM/365 Programme and looking to hire a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst. The ideal CRM Consultant will be required to work on solution implementation, from documenting and analysing customer requirements, to configuring applications to meet the customer’s needs. You will also be required to provide high-level, in-depth information on the Dynamics CRM’s functionality. This will be for 6 months initially, with the chance of extension.

Key Skills Required:

  • High-level business process mapping/design.
  • Dynamics CRM implementation experience essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong MS Dynamics 365 experience.
  • High-level configuration and customisation experience of Dynamics 365.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Working with the development team to provide them with functional design specifications.
  • Day-to-day configuration and customization, as per the business needs.
  • Training users when required.
  • Managing all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, taking ownership of the end-to-end CRM process including: Accounts, Leads, Opportunities and Contacts.
  • Work with senior members of the CRM practice on developing and implementing operational improvements within the team.
